Anupam Kher is someone who needs no introduction. He is someone who can rightly be called as the legend of Bollywood who, in his own ways, time and again created and recreated history! After having made news due to his all-roundedness, Anupam Kher is still going strong with his performances that can give any actor a marathon run for the money. Satish Sundaresan of Bollywood Hungama caught up with this man for a small chat, wherein he spoke about his forthcoming thriller film Game. Over to you, legendâ€¦. Anupamji, to start with, what made you sign the film? It's an interesting role. I wanted to work with Farhan and Ritesh. It's a combination of lot of things, which made me sign the dotted lines of this film.

How as it working with debutante director Abhinay Deo? It was really very good. I have worked with his mother before. Apart from that, I had a great time working with Abhinay. He is someone who is very to the point, bright and has got a promising future. His approach is 'very today'.

The film belongs to that of a thriller and a whodunit genre. How would you like to put it? In simple words, it's an Agatha Christie kind of film. How was it to work with Miss India- turned-actress Sarah Jane Dias? Even though I do not have scenes with her, whatever I have heard of her is good. As a Miss India contestant, she is very good as we have done a few classes with her. As a Miss India contestant, Sarah Jane is a very good actress as we have done a few classes with her.

You also are one of the very few people to have worked with both the Bachchans. What do you feel is that one point of difference between the father and the son? If there is anything that Ram Gopal Varma hates more than mushy romantic films, it's cricket. "I can't stand it. I can't bear to be anywhere near a television set or anywhere any person who talks cricket." To avoid all the cricket on Saturday, Ramu did what he hadn't done for years. He trotted off to a multiplex to watch the two releases this weekâ€¦Abhinay Deo's Game and Remo D'Souza's F.A.L.T.U. But only one-half of each film. Says Ramu, "I went in the evening show, saw the first-half of Game, then I hopped over the adjoining screen to watch the second-half of F.A.L.T.U. Believe me, it was an eye-opening experience." Ramu quizzed the audience about the two films and has now decided to postpone the shooting of his big Bollywood multi-Starrer by a month. Explains Ramu, "Why are big production houses suffering serious setbacks? Are they not in touch with reality? We were supposed to start Department in April. Now we begin at the end of the May. I've already understood how the basic economics of filmmaking needs to be revised. Now I need to explore what audiences want. Not that I'll change anything in my script. But what is that encourages audiences to warm up to F.A.L.T.U? Is it about making films with youngsters for youngsters?

A tribute from one national beauty pageant winner to another, the gorgeous Lara Dutta is very excited about the item song 'Laila O Laila', an iconic Zeenat Aman song, that will be seen in Lara's first ever home production Chalo Dilli. The song will bring the famous item girl, Yana Gupta. Yana is ready to wow audiences with her performance on the cult Zeenat Aman song 'Laila O Laila'. Keeping close to the original composition, Lara Dutta who is a big Zeenat Aman fan wanted to pay homage to her idol and decided to shoot an item song starring the scintillating Yana. Says a source "Both Lara and Zeenat have been Miss Indias. Lara has always idolized Zeenat Aman and wanted to in some way represent her in her first home production - that's when she decided to base an item song on the cult hit 'Laila O Laila'." If sources are to be believed, the song is one to watch out for and is very rustic yet exotic in its format. "Lara is very excited to show the song to Zeenat Aman and have her feedback on it," adds the source. Says producer Krishika Lulla, "We are all very excited about the song 'Laila O Laila' which is a desi rendition of the original. We've received great feedback for it and hopefully audiences should love it just as much" An entertaining, slice of life film that will have you laughing off your seats, Chalo Dilli directed by Shashant Shah (of Dasvidaniya fame) is a journey which along with the two protagonists showcases the real India and its colourful and funny people with their eccentricities.
